Located on the 75th to 100th floors of Kingkey 100 Tower, the world's 14th tallest building and one of Shenzhen's landmarks, The St. Regis Shenzhen is the tallest St. Regis in the world and the tallest hotel in Chinese mainland. ELBA Italian Restaurant, located on the 99th floor, is an annex to the St. Regis and serves authentic Italian cuisine. Its elegant ambience and spectacular views give diners a great dining experience.

Orba has good strength and won the one-star recommendation honor of Ctrip Gourmet Forest 2018 Shenzhen List, which is the highest evaluation of Shenzhen restaurants; That's PRD, the most widely circulated English-language monthly magazine in mainland China, named it Shenzhen's "Romantic Dining of the Year" in 2016. In 2014, Orba was named Restaurant of the Year by Weekend Illustrated. At the helm of the restaurant is Mr. D'Alessandro Giovanni Battista from Sicily, Italy, who has more than 20 years of Italian culinary experience, having worked at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva, Four Seasons and Befoster Sydney.

Located in the south of Italy, Campania is home to a rich gastronomic culture due to its mountainous and sea-like terrain and typical Mediterranean climate. In Orba's appetizer, the grilled eggplant with Parmesan cheese is very Campanian-style, with gorgeous colors, exquisite presentation, and a very strong taste. However, it should be reminded that before the meal, the waiter will ask the guests what kind of water they need, and the water here is charged, usually around 100 yuan.

For the main dish, opt for the off-the-beaten-track pistachio linguine (Orba's pasta from Deco is the No. 2 pasta brand in CNPP100 and synonymous with top-quality pasta), a refreshing blend of pistachios and mint leaves, while the delicious prawns remind diners of the chef's extraordinary skills. For the main course, Angus uses the finest Angus beef ribs with the naked eye and is paired with precious asparagus, making it a classic match made in heaven. The addition of mint and roasted mushrooms is the finishing touch, which not only renders the freshness of Angras to the naked eye, but also exudes a strong Italian flavor. Served with a refreshing tomato filno salad, it has a rich and fresh taste that is unforgettable. For dessert, you can choose the classic tiramisu, the milk foam is thick and mellow, tender and delicious, and the wine aroma is rich, but the amount is slightly large, and it will be greasy after eating. In addition, Orba provides a three-course weekday lunch, and the set price is about 200 yuan, which is full of sincerity.

You need to make a reservation one day in advance, and after coming to the first floor of the hotel, you can confirm the reservation information at the reservation center before taking the elevator to the 96th floor, and then take another elevator to the 99th floor. If you do not make an appointment, you will need to purchase an additional consumption voucher to go upstairs.

The Orba restaurant is decorated in a modern and stylish Venetian style, and the overall layout is avant-garde and trendy. Step into the dining room and you'll be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows, tables spaced between tables and an open kitchen in the middle of the dining room. However, the dining table is not attached to the window, and guests can only look out the window through the fence, with the cityscape facing Futian District to the north and the large farmland in the suburbs of Hong Kong to the south. If you choose a window seat, you can feel the scorching heat of the sun in the middle of the day. Orba also offers private dining rooms that can accommodate up to 18 people, located on an indoor balcony with a private pantry, washroom and relaxation area. There are two other semi-private dining areas, each accommodating two to eight people. The restaurant service was excellent and well-trained, and there were occasional cases where the clearance was not timely, but it was generally satisfactory. It is worth mentioning that some tables are close to the waiters, which will give diners a sense of discomfort. A 10% service charge is charged.
