Grand Hyatt - La Terrazza - Reviews

Located on the first floor of Grand Hyatt Shenzhen, Yihe Garden is close to the world's high-end brand stores such as LV and Hermes in the MixC, and is famous for its authentic Italian cuisine. All of its dishes are prepared by Italian chef Marco, who has worked in luxury hotels and restaurants in Italy, Ireland, Switzerland and Qatar.

Unlike other restaurants, the aperitifs served at Harmony Garden are four pieces of whole Focaccia, which are round and simple, served with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and roasted garlic, which is an authentic Italian way of eating. Focaccia bread is widely regarded as a specialty of the Ligurian region of Italy, and its simple, chunky flatbread shape is the ancestor of pizza. The roasted garlic is not spicy, has a slightly sweet taste, and is very warm, so it is delicious to spread on bread.

When you go to Yiheyuan, pizza is definitely a must-order, and the cake is thin and filling. The restaurant's open kitchen has a red brick stove, including aperitifs and pizzas, all of which are hand-rolled for authentic flavors. The chef's recommended Parmesan Ham Pizza is a crispy bottom surrounded by arugula and crispy tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and Parmesan ham.

Risotto with porcini mushrooms is also popular, stir-fried with cream, butter, onion and porcini mushrooms, then added to the boiling chicken broth, boiled in a thick broth, and finally sprinkled with dry mozzarella cheese. The authentic Italian rice is a little raw, but this Italian rice has been adjusted to make it a little more soft and glutinous. Grilled dishes are also the characteristics of Yihe Garden, Australian Angus M3 sirloin, Florentine-style M3 steak are good, and pan-fried venison is also an authentic dish. For dessert, we recommend the classic tiramisu, which is solid and rich in taste, and when you eat it, you can scoop it to the end with ice cream, cakes, finger biscuits and chocolate powder, and the taste is more distinct.

Yihe Garden is designed with an Italian family-style cozy bistro as the design tone, with high ceilings and log decorations to create a rustic-style dining atmosphere, and the bright crystal chandeliers make this place not lose the style of the star. Diners can host a small private party on the restaurant's airfront second floor, or enjoy the fresh air outside. The restaurant has excellent service standards, standard of action, polite but somewhat indifferent, and a 15% service charge that is unconvincing.
