According to the official introduction, the chef of SHARK is named Mattias, who is from Italy and has more than 20 years of experience in Western cuisine. The ingredients in the restaurant are the same suppliers as many five-star hotels, but the prices are much cheaper than those of the hotels, and the portions are also larger. However, the ingredients of SHARK are occasionally not fresh, and the production is not stable.
The restaurant offers more than 30 appetizers, ranging in large and small portions. Among them, the bread platter is worth recommending, with a total of 12 slices of bread and 4 flavors, accompanied by truffles, salmon and other ingredients. In addition, the restaurant also offers a variety of oysters such as Girado No. 1, Girado No. 2, Gold No. 1, and Silver Oyster No. 2. The Giraldeau oyster is the French equivalent of the Rolls-Royce of oysters, and Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris pride themselves on serving the Giraldeau oysters. Guangzhou's No. 1 Western restaurant, Bai Xian Hui, is also served by Girardo, which is undoubtedly one of SHARK's best appetizers.
Beef triangle meat is SHARK's signature entrée, which is very rare in Shenzhen. SHARK doesn't charge a service fee, but the service provided is excellent, and the staff are courteous and attentive, which is much better than the Azzurro next door, which is also owned by the same company. SHARK has branches in the MixC in Nanshan District and Shekou Sea World, with the former having the same menu as the Shopping Park store, while the latter focuses on grilled goods.
