Tiangong Restaurant - Business Reviews

In "Tokyo Women's Illustrated", one of the consumerist life philosophies that the heroine has been instilled in is that you must dine at Joël Robuchon before the age of 30, and in Shenzhen, where there is no Joël Robuchon, this restaurant should be replaced by Tiangong Restaurant in the Kingkey 100 Building.

Tiangong Restaurant is a high-end seafood restaurant brand under Cantonese cuisine, specializing in Cantonese cuisine. The price of Tiangong Restaurant is comparable to Michelin, but the presentation and price are far behind.

Grilled Angus beef shoulder, soft-shell crab baked in port wine, matsutake mushroom saiguifei, home-roasted Canadian stone oysters, fragrant roasted Mongolian lamb saddle, and mini lotus leaf rice are the signature dishes of Tiangong Restaurant. The chef's sincerity can be seen in each dish, and the freshness of the ingredients, the layering and the preparation of the sauce can be seen, but unfortunately, even so, the taste still does not have many memorable points. Perhaps the high per capita price has given diners too high expectations, or perhaps the beauty is the current situation and food can take a back seat.

From the sky restaurant on the 95th floor of Kingkey 100 Building, you can see the beautiful landscape of Diwang Building, Wutong Mountain and Shenzhen River, and the No. 2 private room can also overlook Hong Kong, which has a panoramic view of the mountains. Tiangong Restaurant is located on the same floor as the Xiu Restaurant outside, but Tiangong Restaurant only has a private room, which is very private. As soon as the dish is served, the waiter will give you a brief introduction to the dish and help the guests divide the dishes. The dishes are arranged, and someone will take them away immediately after eating, and the next dish will be served. Each room is accompanied by two waiters and a tea master. However, on the whole, the service quality is still lacking, not meticulous and thoughtful enough, and there is no sense of spring breeze in a star-rated hotel, which is slightly inferior to the environment. There is a 15% service charge for all orders, but there are only a few private rooms, so it is recommended to book in advance to avoid being overwhelmed.
