Tsingtao Brewery is the leader of China's beer industry, and the first company in China to be listed in both Hong Kong and Shanghai. Among all the beers in China, Tsingtao Beer is the most well-known brand in the world, exported to more than 70 countries and regions around the world, accounting for more than 50% of China's total beer exports.
Tsingtao Beer's products are clearly layered, including high-end products such as Agutte, Hongyun Dangtou, Classic 1903, Pilsner, IPA, etc., as well as low-end products such as Classic Beer, Qingdao Chunsheng, Huandong Beer, and Millennium Linmen, covering different consumer groups and diverse consumption scenarios.
In addition to the bagged fresh beer, Tsingtao beer puree is also the favorite beer of authentic Qingdao people. This beer is filled directly from the fermentation tank and retains the yeast, so the wine is slightly cloudy, the malt aroma is prominent, the entrance is refreshing and slightly sweet, the bitterness only emerges at the end, the sand taste is strong, and the whole is very refreshing and smooth. However, because the puree of Tsingtao beer is not filtered and sterilized at high temperature, the shelf life is very short, only 7 days, and if outsiders want to drink fresh puree, I am afraid it will take a lot of effort.
Classic 1903 can be called the leader of the green beer lineup, replicating the brewing technology of a hundred years ago, using a two-stage low-temperature slow-maturing process, the fermentation time is relatively longer, the wheat flavor is full, the body is relatively mellow, there is no obvious watery feeling, and the killing taste is moderate. On the e-commerce platform, the unit price of classic 1903 is about 6.25 yuan / listen, which is cost-effective.
As the most high-end beer in the Tsingtao beer family, Agutte selects golden two-sided barley from Canada and Australia and top Czech Saz hops, with an original wort concentration of 12°P and an alcohol content of 4.7%Vol, which is the strongest product of Tsingtao Beer. In the actual tasting, the foam of Agutte is delicate and white, the aroma is not obvious, but the bitterness is more prominent, and the killing taste is stronger. However, as a high-end product priced at nearly 10 yuan/500ml, Agutte still uses rice to brew, and the cost performance is really not high.
