Many people know Zwilling through its knives, as a former Austrian imperial knife supplier and one of the oldest knife manufacturers, Zwilling people's position in the knife industry needs no details.
However, apart from knives, Zwilling had little experience in the field of cooking utensils, and it was not until 2008 that the acquisition of the Belgian stainless steel cookware manufacturer Demeyere began to expand its business to include stainless steel pressure cookers.
Zwilling attaches great importance to the Chinese market, many products are localized according to the Chinese market, and in recent years, more and more production lines have been moved into China, pressure cooker is one of the typical ones, but it has not made too many compromises in quality, its raw materials, technology, production lines are imported, but the final manufacturing process is carried out in China.
Although Zwilling pressure cooker cannot be compared with its knives, with many years of experience in the production of stainless steel products, it is still at the upper level of the industry in terms of quality. Up to now, Zwilling has not launched many pressure cooker models, and EcoQuick and Airtech III are the two main models it promotes.
The EcoQuick, priced at 799 yuan, is also made of 316 medical-grade stainless steel, with two cooking modes, slow cooking and fast burning, corresponding to the cooking temperature of 110 °C and 120 °C respectively. Officially, EcoQuick offers four capacities to choose from: 3L, 4L, 6L and 7L, but at present, domestic e-commerce channels only sell the 6L version with a diameter of 22cm.
In single-player use, the Airtech III would be a better choice. Although it is only available in the 6L version on e-commerce channels, it is only 20cm in diameter, which is slimmer and taller than the EcoQuick, and the steamer and stand that come with the pot can also make the pressure cooker better for heating a variety of dishes. In terms of price, it is slightly higher than EcoQuick, with a price of 1098 yuan.
