However, Vitaquick does not have a pressure regulating device, and the official pressure regulating plug-in is not compatible with Vitaquick, so it can only run at the highest pressure all the time, and it is very handy to cook meat, but it is easy to over-hydrolyze when processing vegetables, resulting in a too soft and glutinous taste, which is not liked by some people, and Vitaquick is not a particularly good choice for users with higher requirements for vegetable taste.
