Founded in November 2003, the company has two cigarette production enterprises of Longyan Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Tobacco Industry Co., Ltd., two tobacco supporting production enterprises of Longyan Jinye Re-roasting Co., Ltd. and Fujian Jinmin Reconstituted Tobacco Development Co., Ltd., as well as Fujian Xinye Investment Management Group Co., Ltd., which is engaged in diversified management and operation. As of December 2010, the company has total assets of more than 20 billion yuan, a total of more than 6,000 employees, 1.838 million boxes of cigarettes in 2010, and a tax profit of 12 billion yuan.
