Yunnan Tonghai County Pickle Factory is located in Tonghai County, Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, was founded in January 1956, is the first batch of state-owned enterprises in Tonghai County, and was restructured into a private enterprise in May 2001. The long history has enabled the company to form a superb brewing technology and strict quality management system, advanced technology, unique products, and has been known as "Tonghai soy sauce Lufeng vinegar, emerging girl Hexi cloth" Yunnan folk song evidence. At present, the production area of the enterprise covers an area of about 66,000 square meters, and the total construction area of the workshop is nearly 40,000 square meters. The leading brands of the enterprise are "Tonghai brand", "Pinxiangzhai brand", "Spicy Meizai brand", the main products are soy sauce, pickles, pickles, kohlrabi and condiments and other five series, nearly 100 varieties, which better meet the needs of Yunnan Province and the domestic food pickle market for pollution-free, green and high-quality products.

At present, the products have been inspected by the state for many times, fully in line with the national standards, the products have been exported to all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, covering nearly 90% of the country's market, with an annual sales of more than one million products, and exported to Japan, Hong Kong and Southeast Asian markets, especially the Beijing market for more than 20 years, with considerable popularity and good reputation. In order to ensure the quality of raw materials, more than 32,000 acres of raw material planting bases have been established in some states and counties in the province, more than 40,000 tons of agricultural products are purchased and processed annually, and nearly 100 million yuan of agricultural products are paid annually, and more than 15,000 farmers are driven by radiation.
