This Tibetan poem hangs high in the four pillars of the store, and Tianyuan Sauce Garden, a slightly salty and sweet sauce garden with a unique flavor of Beijing, is more famous inside and outside the capital.

The successive generations of operators of Tianyuan Sauce Garden have attached great importance to the quality of pickles, and insisted on "strict and exquisite workmanship" in the selection and processing of materials.
