After the founding of the People's Republic of China, Gui Xinzhai was reborn. In 1956, through the public-private partnership, Gui Xin Zhai merged with dozens of sauce gardens such as Lan Xin Zhai and Rui Xin Zhai, and established the "Beijing Xuanwu Pickle Factory" with Gui Xin Zhai as the main body. Later, it was renamed several times, such as Xuanwu Pickle Factory, Beijing Pickle Food No. 3 Factory, etc.
