The group has obtained the quality management system certification and environmental management system certification issued by the state, and obtained the Global GAP and China GAP certification certificates audited by SGS (Swiss General Impartiality). It has successively created four national firsts in the scale of high-quality brand pepper planting base, chili powder production capacity, frozen fresh chili pepper export volume and capsanthin single machine daily production scale. Among them, the daily feeding volume of red pigment is the first in the world.

Solid raw material base:The group has created a high-tech farm, implemented large-scale planting and intensive operation. Adopting the internationally accepted "Good Agricultural Practices", formulating the "Jinta Pepper GAP Standard Operating Regulations", promoting precision agriculture, implementing the whole process of mechanization, introducing Internet of Things technology, and building a quality, safety, controllable and traceable platform covering the whole process of the food chain "from farmland to table" to ensure the safety of pepper food. At the same time, it has also maintained stable order cooperation with 35,000 farmers in 18 counties in the four provinces and regions of Northeast China, making the pepper planting base area of 150,000 mu, providing a reliable raw material guarantee for the group's large-scale and standardized pepper processing.

Complete set of processing equipment:The group has invested more than 400 million yuan to build 20 production lines, with an annual processing capacity of more than 150,000 tons. There are four frozen and refrigerated warehouses, which process 15,000 tons of frozen fresh peppers and 15,000 tons of dried peppers per month, and have a full set of pepper primary processing equipment that processes more than 30,000 tons of fine chili powder, chili shreds, and chili pepper sections annually; There is a modern capsanthin production line with 120 tons of granules per day; There are also fresh chili sauce production lines imported from Japan, Korean-style bean paste production equipment purchased from South Korea, packaging and printing equipment, etc., both in terms of production scale and scientific and technological content, which can be called first-class in China and leading in the world. After all the equipment is put into production, it can create an annual output value of 2 billion yuan.

High-precision detection methods:The group has high-standard physicochemical and microbiology laboratories, equipped with high-end and precision testing equipment such as gas chromatograph, high-performance liquid chromatograph, ultraviolet spectrophotometer, etc., which can accurately detect and quantify the moisture, iron powder, acidity, E. coli, peroxide value, total number of colonies, color value, spiciness, residue dissolution, Sudan dyes, phytochemicals and active substances and other parameters of pepper products in real time to ensure high product quality.

High-quality series of products:The "Jinta" brand of hybrid peppers introduced from the United States St. Nice Company and obtained the ownership of the "Jinta" brand has won wide favor from domestic and foreign merchants, and the products are exported to Japan, South Korea, Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries and Spain, the United States and other European and American countries.

Conventional products: high-quality chili powder, color value of 10-18, iron powder control within 15ppm, sand and dust control within 0.3%, bacterial flora does not exceed 10,000 units. Pepper granules, the color value reaches 10-20, the moisture is controlled below 13%, and the light absorption ratio reaches more than 0.98. There are also chili flakes, seasoning powder, dried peppers and frozen fresh chili peppers, etc., the quality of which meets or exceeds national standards.

Mid-range product: "Geta" fresh chili paste. Made by biological fermentation and separation and purification method of special lactic acid bacteria, non-fried, without any additives and preservatives, with the characteristics of no irritation, no fire, spicy and not spicy stomach after eating, the technology is the first at home and abroad, and has applied for four national invention patents. It is an upcycled food of chili sauce and is known as the leader of green chili food.

"Geeta" fresh chili sauce. This series of products are made of "Jinta" brand chili pepper as the main ingredient, supplemented with high-quality fresh beef, pork, seafood, mountain delicacies, etc., adhering to the traditional technology, integrating modern technology, and using Japan's advanced food production line. The product has the characteristics of unique flavor, fresh and fragrant food, spicy and refreshing, and increased appetite. It can be directly accompanied, cold dishes, noodles, bibimbap, cooking dishes, etc.

Advanced products: capsanthin, capsicum extract, hyaluronic acid, dietary fiber. The capsanthin produced by the Group has reached the national standard through the carbon dioxide supercritical extraction process, among which the main technical indicators such as residual capacity, acetone insoluble, capsanthin yield and soluble residue in meal are better than the international standard. At the same time, the production of chili essence has also reached the national standard.
