Founded in 1958 in the United States, the internationally renowned western restaurant brand, under the subsidiary of MINOR International Group, is committed to providing a variety of main meals such as steak/seafood/pork ribs and burgers

Sizzler originated in California in 1958 and was founded by Dale and Helen Johnson in sunny Culver on the West Coast. The name "Sizzler" is inspired by the enticing "Sizzling" sound of a steak being grilled.

The original menu was very simple, with only two types of steaks, salads and meat rolls. In addition to the classic steak series imported from New Zealand and Australia, Sizzler also offers a variety of themed options such as grilled seafood, grilled chicken, roast pork and burgers, as well as more than 50 kinds of soups, fresh fruits, pastas and mixed salads.

With more than 300 restaurants in the United States, Australia, Japan, Thailand and China, Sizzler is renowned for its warm and smiling service and clean and comfortable environment.
