Xi'an Restaurant, an international famous restaurant, a time-honored Chinese brand, and one of the first batch of intangible cultural heritage protection units in Shaanxi Province and Xi'an City, was founded in 1929 and moved from Sandao Lane, West Street, Xi'an City to its current location in 1958. In the past century of development, Xi'an Restaurant has always been committed to the excavation, inheritance and innovation of Shaanxi cuisine, known as "Shaanxi Flavor Daquan", which has a glorious history of 83 years. It has received party and state leaders such as Zhou Enlai and Ye Jianying, patriotic generals such as Zhang Xueliang and Yang Hucheng, cultural celebrities such as Lao She and Liu Qing, former DPRK President Kim Il Sung, Czech President Klaus and other heads of state, as well as celebrities in Taiwan such as Lien Chan, Song Chuyu and Wu Boxiong.
