Ajisen (China) Holdings Co., Ltd., founded in Japan in 1968, is a cost-effective Japanese cuisine, with the reputation of "the hero of white soup" on Kyushu Island, a famous brand product in Shanghai, and a large fast casual restaurant chain operator

Ajisen (China) Holdings Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Ajisen China"; SEHK stock code: HK. 00538) is one of the largest fast casual restaurant chain operators in China, and in March 2007, Ajisen China was listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, becoming the first fast casual restaurant chain operator listed in Hong Kong with mainland China as its main business base.

Since its establishment in 1996, Ajisen China has successfully established a household name in China with its first-class ramen products, as well as systematic and standardized business advantages, and has continued to grow rapidly, developing into a cross-regional restaurant group with more than 10,000 employees. By the end of 2014, Ajisen China's fast-casual restaurant chain network spread across commercial locations in 120 major cities in China, with 669 branches in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Fuzhou, Dalian, Chengdu, Wuhan and other regions, with a turnover of HK$3.32 billion in 2014. At the same time, Ajisen China has three food processing and distribution centers and four production bases (Shanghai, Chengdu, Dongguan, and Tianjin) across the country, which will be able to support the operation of Ajisen's 1,800 restaurants when fully operational.

In addition to operating a chain of fast-casual restaurants, Ajisen China also manufactures and sells small-pack ramen products, and has about 8,000 sales outlets nationwide, covering more than 30 provinces and cities. And exported to Singapore, Japan, Australia and other countries.
