L'Oréal (China) Co., Ltd., La Roche-Posay, founded in France in 1928, is a medical skin care product suitable for sensitive skin, and the skin beauty products rich in La Roche-Posay hot spring water are fragrance-free/preservative/safe and soothing

In 1928, a group of chemists began to develop dermatological drugs and dermatological complementary therapies enriched with La Roche-Posay thermal water, and in 1975 chemist Rene Levayer founded the La Roche-Posay laboratory, later known as La Roche-Posay Pharmaceuticals.

La Roche-Posay Pharmaceutical Company is located in the town of La Roche-Posay, using La Roche-Posay hot spring water as a raw material for production, with a total of 13 production lines, 131 employees, and a total of 46 million products produced in 2004 through the ISO9001 quality certification, and strictly implement the European pharmaceutical GMP production standards and L'Oréal's quality control policy, the quality of the products is guaranteed to the greatest extent.

La Roche-Posay's products, as the most closely related dermatologists, must be carried out in strict accordance with the provisions of relevant French laws from product development to development and clinical trials, and must be approved and filed by the French Ministry of Health and other relevant departments.

La Roche-Posay products are formulated in a simple way to avoid allergens as much as possible, with an average of only 18 types of ingredients, while general skincare products contain more than 40 ingredients, especially for sensitive skin, which contains only 10-12 ingredients without any fragrances or preservatives, guaranteeing maximum safety. Taking safety clinical trials as an example, La Roche-Posay's products need to be tested on nearly 300 people, including healthy skin and very sensitive skin patients, and pass non-comedy tests and effectiveness tests, etc., a total of 600 to 1,000 people need to be clinically tested before they can be registered and manufactured.

Even after the product is launched, it is necessary to collect consumer feedback and adverse reaction reports to track and evaluate the safety and efficacy of the product. This is the secret of La Roche-Posay's products that meet the most stringent dermatologic requirements and are of the highest safety and efficacy.

La Roche-Posay as an adjunctive treatment for dermatological diseases: Dr. Gnesclin discovered the thermal water of LA ROCHE-POSAY, which originated before 1750.

In 1896, the water was nationally certified for its healing properties and became one of Europe's leading therapeutic hot springs.

In 1913, its medical value was affirmed by the French Medical Association, and it became the spa treatment capital of dermatological diseases in Europe.

IN 1975, CHEMIST LEVAYER AND DERMATOLOGISTS FOUNDED LA ROCHE-POSAY PHARMACEUTICALS TO DEVELOP DERMATOLOGICAL ADJUNCTIVE TREATMENT PRODUCTS ENRICHED WITH THERMAL WATER.

In 1989, L'Oréal acquired it.
