Inner Mongolia Luwang Cashmere Co., Ltd. was founded in 1985, and its predecessor was Baotou Luyuan Cashmere Sweater Factory. It has successively merged 12 state-owned collective enterprises, established 9 joint ventures, and absorbed more than 8,700 employees. At present, King Deer Company has formed three production bases, including 6 major factories in Baotou (including dyeing, spinning, computer knitting, garment making, weaving, etc.), Madagascar knitting factory in Africa and Cambodian knitting factory in Southeast Asia, with an annual output of 2.5 million cashmere sweaters.

Since the establishment of the company, after 30 years of "bringing in to start a business" and "going out to develop", the company has achieved remarkable results in many fields in the cashmere industry: it passed the ISO9001 certification in 1997 and the ISO14001 environmental protection certification in 2003.

Since the restructuring and reorganization of the company, the export business volume has increased steadily, and the market share of international high-end cashmere products has been further expanded; The domestic trade sales foundation is more solid, the sales profit margin has increased by nearly 15% per year, and the development prospects are more optimistic.
