• Nurture young talent and provide employees with ample opportunities for continuous career development. In 2008, we launched our first Reed Exhibitions Chinese University programme. On average, more than 300 trainees attend 12 training courses per year. With this first-of-its-kind project, Reed Exhibitions has maintained its leading position in the global exhibition industry.
• In 2010, the Reed Management Trainee Program (RMAP) was added to Reed's growth portfolio, which aims to provide high-growth talent with access to the best training resources in the industry. Since the launch of the program, 28 management trainees have joined the company, several of whom have been promoted to management positions.
• In 2013, Reed Exhibitions launched the Young Talent Development Programme for university students who have just graduated and are just entering the industry. Ten young people gained hands-on experience and accelerated learning opportunities in core marketing and sales.
• Reed Exhibitions supports and practices intellectual property protection at its exhibitions.
• Reed Exhibitions also supports the audit and transparency of event data to ensure that the data published by Reed Exhibitions is true and valid.
