Shenyang International Exhibition Center (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is located at No. 9 Huizhan Road, Sujiatun District, Shenyang City, 12 kilometers away from the city and 13 kilometers away from Taoxian International Airport. The total land area of the project is 959,000 square meters, and it is planned to be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project has a total construction area of 166,000 square meters, an indoor exhibition area of 105,600 square meters, an outdoor exhibition area of 200,000 square meters, and a comprehensive service area of 40,000 square meters. The exhibition hall is designed and built in accordance with international professional standards. Each exhibition hall can be held independently, but also connected to each other through internal corridors, so that the exhibition area is integrated.
The center mainly holds large-scale comprehensive exhibitions and professional expos at home and abroad, and can provide business, office, transportation, warehousing, construction, advertising, conferences, accommodation, catering and other supporting services.
【Exhibition Facilities】
The main structure of the center is composed of 8 single-storey, column-free, large-span independent exhibition halls, each with an area of 13,200 square meters, and can set up 625 international standard booths. The indoor exhibition hall is composed of 4 exhibition halls on the east and west sides, and the middle is connected by a double-layer corridor, which can accommodate 5,000 international standard booths in total, and there are audience registration halls in the east, south, west and north, which can hold various ceremonial activities. Opening ceremonies, celebrations and large-scale public welfare activities can be held in the north square of the center.
The supporting facilities of the booth are designed according to international practice, equipped with PDS integrated wiring, which can meet the needs of 60,000 people using mobile phones and 4,800 people using the Internet at the same time.
【Ancillary Services】
——The center has 1 conference hall for 1,000 people (which can be flexibly divided internally), 1 press conference hall for 600 people, 5 conference halls for 200 people, 6 conference rooms for 50 people, 3 VIP conference rooms, and 4 negotiation rooms, which can undertake various meetings, meetings, signing contracts and other activities.
——A hotel is built in the center. There are 42 standard rooms, 9 business suites, 1 banquet hall and 16 private rooms for 6-15 people, which can provide accommodation and catering services for domestic and foreign merchants and tourists.
——There are 6 fast food restaurants, 2 coffee bars and 3 water bars on the first floor of the comprehensive service area, 1 tasting bar on the second floor, and a large food court is built in the exhibition area of the center to facilitate exhibitors and visitors to eat and rest.
——There is a container yard and an exhibit storage warehouse in the south square of the center.
- There are 10 large parking lots on the east, south and west sides of the center, which can park 7,500 vehicles at the same time. VIP parking is available in the plaza on the north side.
