The Group currently has 28 subsidiaries, 5 offices and 52 international sales partners worldwide, covering more than 150 countries and regions, employing more than 1,700 people and generating revenues of 467.5 million euros in 2011.

Messe Frankfurt GmbH is a publicly owned organisation owned by the City of Frankfurt and the State of Hesse (60 percent) and the State of Hesse (40 percent) with its own exhibition grounds in the city of Frankfurt covering an area of 578,000 square metres, with 10 pavilions and 1 congress centre.

Currently, Messe Frankfurt organises more than 100 trade fairs in more than 30 cities around the world every year, more than half of which are outside Germany.
