The director unit of China Auction Industry Association, with the national first-class cultural relics auction qualification, is committed to enhancing Chinese traditional culture and promoting cultural exchanges with other countries, and is an international comprehensive auction company
Zhongmao Shengjia International Auction Co., Ltd. is an international comprehensive auction company, registered in 1995 with the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. It is one of the earliest, most reputable and powerful auction companies established in Chinese mainland, and has the national first-class cultural relics auction qualification.
The purpose of the auction business is to enhance traditional Chinese culture and promote cultural exchanges with other countries. We maintain close contact with artists, collectors, cultural and art museums in China and abroad. Our experts and national appraisers ensure that the firm provides the highest quality appraisal services to its clients and that they always deal fairly. Over the past 21 years, Shengjia has successfully held dozens of large-scale art auctions, selling hundreds of thousands of collectibles. At the same time, in 2002, Zhongmao Shengjia was commissioned by three Chinese companies to help them build their own museums.
In addition, in July 2002, Premier Zhu approved Zhongmao Shengjia to accept the entrustment of the Ministry of Finance to auction the relevant assets. In the first auction, Zhongmao Shengjia successfully auctioned off all the confiscated property. In 2003, Zhongmao Shengjia was entrusted by the Beijing court to successfully auction the largest real estate building in Beijing totaling more than 200 million yuan.
In terms of art auctions, in 2002, China Trade Shengjia returned to China the Song Dynasty Mi Fu's "Yan Shan Ming", and the State Administration of Cultural Heritage auctioned this national treasure for the first time for 30 million yuan. This is the first time that the Ministry of Finance has allocated funds for a single piece of art. Another piece of Qing Qianlong pastel landscape Ruyi Wandai Pipa Zun was sold at a high price of 11.22 million yuan in the 2002 China Trade Shengjia Autumn Auction. In 2009, at the "15th Anniversary Celebration Art Auction of China Trade Shengjia", Xu Yang's 1760 handscroll "Offering Gifts to the Western Regions of Pingding" was sold for 134.4 million yuan, setting a new auction record for Chinese calligraphy and painting at that time.
Historically, Zhongmao Shengjia has auctioned dozens of paintings and calligraphy works recorded in Shiqu Baoji, and the 2016 Spring Auction has knocked on the door of the collection of ancient books with four rare books of Tianlu Linlang. The total transaction price of the four Tianlu Linlang reached 37.26 million yuan, which was amazing in the industry. Among them, Song Engraving's "Compilation of Pictures and Mutual Notes on the Yangtze Law" was sold for 23 million yuan, setting a new historical record for Tianlu Linlang auction. The Song carving book "The Book of Rites" and the Ming carving book "Warring States Policy" were both obtained by Liu Yiqian of the Long Museum. There is also a Ming Chenghua Imperial Kiln Doucai full pool Jiaodun bowl starting at 300,000 yuan, and finally sold for 17.365 million yuan, 34 times the lowest estimate.
