Wanlong Resort Paradise (Wanlong Ski Resort) is located in Honghualiang area, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is the first open ski resort in China, covering an area of 58 square kilometers, the highest elevation of 2110.3 meters, vertical drop of 554 meters, 249 kilometers away from Beijing, 60 kilometers away from Zhangjiakou City, is one of the earliest open ski resorts in Asia.
As an enterprise with international standard positioning, in 2007, it was rated as the only national AAAA-level tourist attraction featuring skiing by the National Tourism Administration, which was widely recognized by the social industry, and passed the ski slope certification of the International Ski Federation (FIS), and successfully held many FIS points races and Far East Cup competitions. Professional ski teams from Japan and South Korea have taken Wanlong Resort Paradise as a designated professional training base.
