Sweet and sour dairy dishes are very rare, and the hawthorn pigeon in the store is a representative, its soup is thick, and the sweet and sour taste is sharper than the marinade on the side of the fragrant pigeon, which is very suitable for pigeon products with insufficient fat. The casserole pepper pigeon is even rarer, the meat of the pigeon is compact, and the taste is somewhat similar to that of salt baking, but the saltiness is not heavy.
