Matcha Earl Mousse is a popular player in desserts, the dessert uses Valrhona OPALYS 33% white chocolate, the sweetness is lower than that of ordinary white chocolate, there will be no greasy taste, the dessert is fine, containing not only the rich milky aroma of white chocolate itself, but also the fragrance of Qinglan matcha and Earl Grey tea, rich in layers. Also adding matcha elements is black sesame matcha, but the performance is not satisfactory, black sesame masks the taste of matcha, making the dessert taste thin. The dessert fork comes from the Japanese tableware brand Sori Yanagi, which has a beautiful design appearance and is also very textured when used. Pingqian has two branches in Xi'an, which are located in Minyuan Paradise and Yuehui Plaza. There are three floors in the Minyuan store, with more seats, reasonable space division, no crowding when dining, and a better experience in the store, so it is recommended to go forward.
