Like Shangri-La, the Sheraton Hotel is an important five-star hotel in Xi'an. As a representative of the long-established hotel buffet, Sheraton Feast Buffet Restaurant has a good reputation among local diners. The seafood and barbecue section are the most famous, and the restaurant pays more attention to the flavor rather than the preciousness of the ingredients.

The salmon in the seafood stall is orange-red in color, and the meat is tender and luscious. Scallops are just as delicious as freshly opened oysters, and there is no fishy smell wafting away. The beef skewers at the barbecue stall are amazing, and the salt-grilled beef exudes an enticing mouth-watering aroma from light to strong, which is rare in the cafeteria. Guests can specify the menu for the chef to bake, let the chef know the table number, and the service staff will bring the baked food to the seat.

The feast buffet does not focus too much on desserts, and the various cakes are of a mediocre standard, only the Japanese Daifuku is worth trying. Like Westin Taste Cafe, the ice cream in the Feast Dessert Area has changed from the former Häagen-Dazs to the local specialty brand Shaanshisan, which still has a certain gap with Häagen-Dazs in terms of flavor, and arbitrarily added nuts can make up for the flavor defects.

Although it is a five-star hotel, the feast buffet restaurant still has some room for improvement in service, and the service staff is sufficient, but the sense of initiative is not strong, and it needs to be reminded by the guests before remembering to change the bone plate.
