Peng Cheng, the founder of Delicious Life, graduated from Gregoire Ferrandi, known as the "Harvard of desserts" in France, and worked as a dessert sous chef at a two-Michelin-starred restaurant under the Knight House Hotel in France. After returning to China in 2009, Peng Cheng not only opened a delicious life cake shop, but also founded Peng Cheng's Western-style catering school, where thousands of pastry chefs have graduated so far.
