As the name suggests, Patisserie is a patisserie that specializes in French sweets. The Viviane store is decorated in the most popular Instagram style, the walls and furniture are pure white, and the room is transparent and bright; HAY's decorative gadgets, Normann's geometric color-blocked water bottles, and Design Letters' monogrammed white porcelain cups are all carefully arranged, and the store's taste is reflected in the details. Coupled with the proper decoration of greenery, it can be a great backdrop for taking photos anywhere in the room.

Viviane's menu is also minimalist in solid colors, and the store carefully indicates the ingredients after each cake for customers to choose from. Tart cakes are Viviane's specialty, with pistachio tarts being the most famous. The pistachio tart is emerald green in color, and the homemade tart crust is light and thin, filled with pistachio jam in the hollow of the tart crust, and topped with Chanti whipping cream and chopped hazelnuts. When eating, you can directly "start", avoid the trouble of cutting tableware, several raw materials at the same time, the taste from dense to elastic to crispy in turn. Compared to a delicious blueberry tart, the pistachio tart is a little less fresh, but the nutty flavor is stronger than the former.

Rare in Changsha, this cake originated in the 16th century convent in Bordeaux, because it is far less well-known than mousse, macarons and other desserts, so it is often called "the low-key aristocracy of French sweets".
