Tucked away in the office building of Wanda SOHO in Jiyuqiao, Buzheng Coffee was originally a coffee roasting studio specializing in online sales, but at the end of 2016, it was changed from online to offline, and the studio was opened as a café. In less than two years, it quickly gained a firm foothold in Wuhan's specialty coffee circle with its high level of coffee and its signature delicacy "croissant baosiu mai".

There are not many people in the bad coffee, and there are four people in the boss. On the display wall on one side of the bar are the trophies and certificates of honor received by the four people. The boss has the most seniority, and in 2015, he won the third place in the finals of the CLAC (World Late Art Competition in China). All four of them won some places in the CBrC local selection and CLAC divisions, but they were at a disadvantage compared to the "champion store" 1.Z Coffee.

The coffee machines in the store are all world-class competition machines, and the coffee machines are Italian brand Sanremo Cafe Racer multi-boiler commercial coffee machines, which were the official coffee machines of the UKBC (British Barista Competition) and WBC competitions from 2008 to 2014, and became the official equipment of CLAC in 2018. There are two types of beans to choose from: "Milk Bomber" and SOE (Single Origin Coffee Beans). There are not many types of milk coffee, divided into two types: Fullie White and Art Latte, the two have different flavors, Fullie White Coffee has a more prominent taste, and Art Latte wins with cute latte art. The "croissant wrapped in siu mai" is inspired by the famous snack "fried bread siu mai" in the hot dry noodle store of Chef Zhao's daily red oil. The freshly baked croissant is fluffy and crispy, sandwiched with soft and glutinous siu mai in the middle, a combination of Chinese and Western, and rich in taste, making it a must-order food in the store.

Buzheng Coffee is located on the upper floor of the office building, the façade is not large, but the decoration style is lively, which adds a lot of points to the store environment. The word "not positive" on the signboard at the door is slightly smaller, and a huge "positive" word can be seen standing crookedly on the side through the floor-to-ceiling glass door; On the left side of the entrance is a black and white mosaic plaque, and the three words "hot dry noodles" in the plaque are impressive, which is quite a local feeling of Wuhan. The interior of the store is dominated by yellow and white, with light brown wood floors and white walls and ceilings, and yellow sofas and chairs surrounding small white round tables, making it bright and vibrant. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors face the huge windows, and the bar counter is separated from the backstage operation room, and the upper part of the wall is made of transparent glass, which makes the space large and transparent. The operation room is equipped with equipment such as coffee bean roasters and bread ovens, and the in-store coffee roasting and other operations are in the eyes of customers, shortening the distance between customers and coffee. The baristas are warm and generous, willing to share and communicate, which makes people feel comfortable and friendly.
