Chicken soup is the signature dish of Fangling Farmhouse, and the soup is delicious, and almost all the diners who visit it come for it. The local chicken is transported from the rural area of Fang County, and it is slaughtered in the back kitchen and then put into the pot, which is very fresh. A whole chicken is boiled in a casserole for a long time, stewed until the chicken is soft and deboned, and after it is served, the waiter can cut it into pieces with a light stroke of the local chicken, which is easy for diners to pick. After a long stew, the chicken is not dry, but still firm and juicy. Fangxian small flower mushroom is a specialty of Fangling, and it is famous for appearing in "A Bite of China". There are many restaurants in Wuhan that use Fangxian small flower mushrooms as dishes, and the products of Fangling Farmhouse are particularly prominent. In addition to mushrooms, black fungus is also a specialty of Fang County, and although its popularity is slightly weaker, it is still of high quality. The catering braised Fangxian small flower mushrooms, fungus and bean skin together to make Fangxian three treasures. The mushroom meat is thick, plump, delicate and delicious, with crispy fungus and oily bean skin, the taste is rich and fragrant. The same recommended dish of Fangling Sanxian is a bit unsatisfactory, the amount of eel is small, the umami of squid is insufficient, and the combination of eel, squid and dumplings is even more weird, the taste is not harmonious, the taste is not integrated and the overall saltiness is not standard.

The level of service is average, the staff is generally polite and modest, but not welcoming, and the response to customer needs is slightly slower.
