Jin Ma's family provides sea salt, sesame oil, chili sauce, barbecue sauce and other flavored dishes, as well as a custom hot sauce for pork belly, garlic slices, green pepper rings and 4 kinds of kimchi. The waiter will tell diners how to eat it, that is, the grilled meat is dipped in sauce and then dipped in dry ingredients, and the lettuce and side dishes are evenly wrapped, which is more flavorful.
