The original intention of the proprietor to create the "Painting Moon" was to obtain a place to paint, and it evolved into a homestay project, and the Painting Moon did not lose its beauty. Huayue is a wooden structure courtyard, made of logs, flax, green bricks, green tiles as materials, the roof is high, several calligraphy and paintings are hung on the white wall, and plants such as mint and roses are planted in the courtyard. The owner spent eight months building a total of 7 rooms, named after "January" to "Qiyue", and carefully furnished. There is a loft in the moon, including a queen-size bed and a tatami mat, which is suitable for families with children. The rooms are spacious, and the large floor-to-ceiling windows make them transparent and bright. Qiyue is a large bed room with its own small courtyard, the yard is full of plants, full of greenery, and it is very pleasant to enjoy the scenery and drink tea in the small courtyard.

You might as well go to the tea room for a while. There are several long tables with different styles of tea sets, blue dyed cloth cushions on the backs, and two wooden cabinets on the walls, one for ceramics and one for books. Guests can enjoy both tea and reading.

The owner's private studio, the Moonlight Studio, is right next to the guesthouse, and the owner occasionally invites guests to paint in the courtyard. If you want to experience more local culture, you can rent a bicycle at the reception center of Mingyue Village to tour the village, or experience a grass dyeing class and visit Mingyue International Pottery Village.

Breakfast is provided, and guests can also go to the nearby Mingyue Canteen for breakfast. The restaurant is quite popular on the Internet, but it has a "civilian" price. Most of the side dishes are mountainous and wild, and the signature braised beef has a very high selection rate.

There are three prices of 380 yuan, 480 yuan and 580 yuan for the room of the painting month, and the number of rooms is not much, so it is recommended to contact and book one month in advance.
