The entrance is slightly sour, the taste is strong, the middle section will have a sweet and green taste, and the taste of apple fermentation, overall, the quality is average, except for beginners, it is not recommended. The wine is asterated in the store, and many seasoned drinkers will look a little amateurish. The Japanese food in Zaiyun is much better than the sake type, and sake fried chicken, squid whiskers, etc. will be a good snack to accompany the sake.

The decoration style of Zaiyun Brewing also has a strong Japanese style. The white door looks very "small and fresh", and the interior of the store is mainly made of wood, and the tables, chairs, and handles are made of wood. In addition, the curtain of the door with the mouth of the meal is drooping, and the Japanese dishes and chopsticks on the table will give the guests the illusion of being deep in an izakaya. There is also a projection screen in the store, where sports programs such as soccer matches are shown.

The more deserted atmosphere is also one of the reasons why Zaiyun does not get a high rating. Unlike other craft breweries with a cozy, relaxed drinking atmosphere, the restaurant has a hint of Japanese formality, which makes drinkers not too embarrassed to chat.
