Tivano Restaurant, part of The Temple House of Swire Properties, represents the highest level of Italian and Western cuisine in Chengdu. The menu at the restaurant is simple and simple, with more than 30 dishes such as salads, main courses, pizzas, pastas, etc. The salad is best served with prawns Caesar, which is served with Parma ham, Parmesan cheese and poached eggs, mixed with lettuce and shrimp, and served with a special sauce made from lobster shells. The starter is a cold-cut meat plate with classic ingredients such as salami, bacon and Parma ham, served with Kalamata olives, bell peppers and grilled eggplant, and topped with balsamic vinaigrette.

The main course of the restaurant is dominated by large quantities of meat, each of which is a classic dish from the southern European continent. Braised veal with potato dough, parsley and herb seasoning are slowly stewed into a dish, the juice is fragrant, the meat is tough, sweet and flavorful. Grilled spring chicken is grilled in a cheese cream sauce and contains crispy red rice-shaped pasta, and the rice on the base absorbs the aromas of the chicken and sauce. Pizza and pasta have an excellent performance. The star item, the Saconian Ham Pizza, is grilled with ham, sesame leaves and cheese, and has a flat exterior but a soft texture, with a thin base that accentuates the long aroma of ham and cheese. The restaurant is located on the B1 floor of The Temple House Hotel, and can be reached by the chic escalator connecting the restaurant. Its elegant décor follows the Italian style, which contrasts greatly with the antique architecture of Taikoo Li, which is eye-catching. There are many seats in the restaurant hall, with several outdoor seats, and the table distance is a little too crowded, and the privacy is not strong. The service is decent, the wine service is in place in a timely manner, and the attitude is friendly, but the basic services such as ordering and serving are slow to respond.
