The hotel was once a direct asset of Gaw Capital Partners, and was sold to GCP Hospitality in 2015 to continue its operations, so the name of the store is confusing, and it may be referred to as G Hotel, G Apartment, Extreme Stack Apartments, Residence G, etc. on different websites. These words will inevitably be familiar, and G Hotel Beijing and G Apartment Shenzhen are all related to Gaw Capital Partners.
Extreme Stack provides two types of guest rooms and suites, with a room area of about 30 square meters or 35 square meters, and suites of 42 square meters, 76 square meters and 107 square meters. The building has 18 floors, but the number of rooms is only 29, all of which are above 3 floors, with a restaurant in the podium and a large suite on the top floor.
Although it is spacious, the extreme stack still presents a minimalist style.
