Born in a family of restaurants and with a restless heart, the catering brand founded by Jin Hongwei is based on the "old foundation" taste of Hangzhou, while emphasizing innovation. Taking noodles as an example, there are not only traditional noodles such as popping kidney flowers and pork liver, but also innovative signature signs, such as tomato and beef brisket noodles with fresh and sour sauce.

"Lane" is commonly used as "do" in Hangzhou, and the store is located in the alley, so it is logical to name it "Lane Noodles". The noodles are not as dirty as most traditional noodle restaurants, and the narrow bunks are divided into operation rooms, dining areas and kitchens, which are small in size, but have the brightness and cleanliness of a new-style restaurant.

Although it is claimed to be handmade, there is still a big gap between the noodles and some old noodle restaurants, the alkaline water has a strong taste, and the taste is too soft, which does not look like raw noodles in the pot.
