Hepin Chaoshan beef hot pot was founded at the end of 2015, catching up with the boom of Chaoshan beef hot pot. At the beginning of the store, Hepin attracted many young users with its excellent restaurant environment, and then gradually gained a firm foothold in Hangzhou, with a good reputation among food lovers.

Similar to most brands, Hepin uses 4-year-old local cattle from Yunguichuan, and two batches of beef arrive at the store every day, at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. respectively. Officially, it takes no more than 5 hours for beef to travel from the slaughterhouse to the table, and combined with the opening hours from 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., this statement is obviously exaggerated, and diners are advised to choose a good time to eat.

At the beginning of the store, there were only three types of pot bottoms: Hepin's signature pot (i.e., beef bone clear soup), clear soup beef brisket pot, and thick soup beef brisket pot, which were slightly conservative. On the basis of the above 3 kinds, today's Hepin has added 7 kinds of pot bottoms, including boiled water, sauerkraut fish, tomatoes, Hepin mandarin ducks, Hepin spicy, thick soup oxtail and thick soup steak, which greatly meets the needs of diners with various tastes and hobbies. We generally recommend that diners opt for beef bone broth, after all, a bowl of broth before boiling is a ritual. However, Hepin's clear soup beef brisket pot has more beef brisket condiments, and the cost performance is still higher than that of the signature pot, which is worth a try.

There are 9 types of fresh-cut beef, which is no different from ordinary beef hot pot restaurants, but Hepin offers a whole beef platter for only 138 yuan, so that new diners can try all types of beef at a low price, so as to experience the difference in taste of different parts. The knife work of Master Hepin is acceptable, and there is basically no adhesion of meat slices, but the slightly rough plating has some effect on the appearance.
