Founded in 2015, Niu Shixian is a catering company that still has certain advantages after the Chaoshan beef hot pot boom is over. Based in Hangzhou, the cattle are very fresh, and have radiated their influence to Shanghai, Ningbo and other places, and have been affirmed by many diners.

Just like the meaning of the brand name, its quality concept is "the cow is very fresh, not the next day". The official declaration is that "only the beef slaughtered on the same day is selected, and the beef is never made the next day, and the most authentic and delicious Chaoshan beef hot pot in China is made." In fact, this is a demonstration of the basic strength of a powerful Chaoshan beef hot pot restaurant. The cattle are very rare to choose the natural pastures in the Qinggui area, a generation of rural free-range cattle, but also deliberately emphasize that their feed is natural grass and deep mountain spring water. This set of statements is a little unpopular in the eyes of senior beef supply chain practitioners, and it is estimated that the cattle are very fresh in order to cater to the psychological needs of consumers. The restaurant only selects heifers aged 2~3 years old and 700 kg ~ 900 kg. In August 2017, Niu Shixian Guoda City Plaza store had an incident where diners found maggots and suffered from gastroenteritis in seafood mushrooms.

It is worth mentioning that the Zhaohui Road store is located in the Hejiayuan, and the private dishes and bald lobsters in the Hejiayuan belong to the same owner. However, diners who want to taste all three at once must settle the bill for two of them.
