Random is a multi-faceted brand that integrates design, lifestyle aesthetics and coffee, which was founded in Hangzhou in 2015. Ceremorning, a subsidiary of Random, offers high-quality and stable specialty coffee, a variety of creative desserts, fresh and organic brunch snacks, and sells self-developed healthy snacks. Random's Brunch has been praised and surprisingly the coffee is pretty good. At the 2018 Shanghai Coffee Exhibition, Random's Ceremorning brand coffee beans gained a lot of attention.
For pour-over coffee, Random updates top roasting brands at home and abroad from time to time to share high-quality coffee and culture. The brewing appliance used by the Random barista is called the "Smart Cup", and the piston at the bottom of the coffee controls the flow rate of the coffee for full extraction. Located along the foothills of Phoenix Mountain, Random's store has three floors, with a café and dining area on the first floor, a design display area on the second floor for purchases, and an office area on the third floor. The store has a strong sense of design, the store environment is excellent, the use of rectangular elements, clear lines and fresh and jumping color combinations, especially suitable for entering the store in the summer. In 2018, Random planned its second store in Dajing Lane, Hangzhou, where a completely different space and product mix would be presented.
