Asuka Cafe still maintains the tradition of only making pour-overs, so you won't drink espresso here, and all the coffee beans in the store are roasted by the owner. For specialty coffee owners, they have their own insistence: "Every cup of coffee should follow a certain brewing process, such as how many degrees Celsius the water temperature is, how long each brew takes, and no foreign objects are allowed to disturb and do things hastily." "Among the single origin coffees of Asuka Collection, Yirgacheffe, Kenyan AA, and Colombian orchid are all commonly beaned species. It's up to you to decide which kind of beans you want to drink, and the staff doesn't recommend them. Even when you're sitting at the bar, you don't have the opportunity to interact with the barista. The overall experience of pour-over coffee alone is slightly inferior.
In order to meet the needs of homestay guests and passers-by, the Asuka Market store also provides a variety of drinks and meals. With spacious dining seats, courtyard-style landscaping, and three or two cats, the pleasant atmosphere makes Asuka Gathering popular and attracts an endless stream of visitors.
The service in the store of Asuka is tepid, and although there are requests and answers, it seems a little stiff. Diners should be reminded that there are many mosquitoes in the store in spring and summer, so it is recommended to take mosquito prevention measures.
