Feilongtang - Business Reviews

Almost every diner who has visited Feilongtang will remember the smell of fireworks at this restaurant. Feilongtang is located near Shanghai's famous Nanjing Pedestrian Street, and diners only need to take a short detour to find it. The restaurant itself is a public canteen for businesses, and as the business grew, the store also started to operate a crayfish business. With years of experience in catering and cooking, the lobster performance of Feilongtang has some unexpected surprises, and it has gradually become a shrimp mecca for many diners.

The quality of Feilongtang's lobsters is as unpretentious as its environment, and a batch of crayfish from the Jiangsu breeding base arrives fresh every day. There are many shrimp washing staff in the store, and the quality of the crayfish will be carefully checked in the process of brushing the crayfish, and the crayfish that are found to be dead and not vigorous enough will be directly eliminated to ensure the quality of the dishes on the table. The aunt only selects some crayfish for open-back processing, and the completely different processing methods are just to make the crayfish with different flavors have a better play.

The canteen divides crayfish into two scales: ordinary and gunhead, which are about 1 tael and more than 1.2 taels. This scale does live up to its title of "fat dragon", and it is also the reason why many diners favor it.

Chilled lobster is one of Fei Longtang's recommended dishes, showing the restaurant's confidence in the quality of its own crayfish. In contrast to the slightly scruffy environment of the Flying Dragon Hall, the chilled lobster is more delicately plated, and the scattered water vapor adds to the ornamental appeal of this dish. If diners choose the gun head specification, the whole white shrimp meat gives people an excellent appearance, and the Q elastic is smooth, very delicious, and the taste is quite good with Feilongtang's original sauce.

The baked lobster with salted egg yolk is the chef's specialty, and because the crayfish is first opened, the salted egg yolk penetrates well into the shrimp meat. The chef's baking process also keeps the shrimp body highly elastic. Each plate of salted egg yolk lobster is also covered with a pot to make the dish more stylized.

After all, Feilongtang is a restaurant called "China Silk Canteen", and the dining environment has a market atmosphere. The waiter was more welcoming, but the busy meal time was a bit overwhelming. There is a large parking lot next to it, which is quite convenient for diners with cars. If you are tired of shopping in Nanjing Pedestrian Street, you might as well try this Feilong Hall.
