The restaurant focuses on Korean barbecue and also serves some traditional Korean dishes. The barbecue is heated over a charcoal fire to retain the Korean flavor, and each table is equipped with a smoke exhaust pipe, which has a good smoke extraction effect. There are two types of baking trays, and it may be difficult for new diners to grasp the heat when grilling. The frequency of the clerk's change of baking tray is commendable. Bixi barbecue supports roasting on behalf of customers, and the products are generally much better than those of diners. If it has been marinated in Pizza's exclusive sauce, the word "secret" will be preceded by the name of the meat, such as the secret Gokugami Wagyu beef and the secret Wagyu beef short rib.
In addition to the higher unit price of the dishes recommended above, the other dishes are relatively affordable, but in general, it is difficult to avoid diners complaining about their low cost performance. Bixi has launched three buffets - Queen Buffet, Premium Buffet and Children's Buffet, with prices of 388 yuan/person, 288 yuan/person and 128 yuan/person respectively. It should be noted that the Pizza Buffet does not require diners to pick up their own food, diners only need to directly ask the waiter to pick it up. Of course, diners can only choose from a specific buffet menu, the Queen Buffet can choose all varieties, the premium buffet can be tasted except for the exclusive dishes of the Queen Buffet, and the children's buffet cannot choose the Queen's exclusive buffet and limited dishes.
Pizza Barbecue has a private room, but it is only surrounded by windows, the sound insulation is average, the environment is similar to the hall, there is no minimum consumption, service charge and other settings. The waiter was generally welcoming, probably because the restaurant's business was too good. Diners are not entertained until long after they have been seated, so it is recommended that diners take the initiative to greet the waiter.
