Officially opened in 2017, Phoenix Hunan Restaurant is one of the many young Hunan restaurants in Shanghai. With its high-end and elegant environment and strictly polished products, it has quickly accumulated a good reputation in just one year, and entered the Hunan cuisine industry in Shanghai as a dark horse.

Fenghuang Hunan restaurant covers an area of 500 square meters, with red and blue decoration colors, showing diners the atmosphere of the Huxiang family, changing the stereotype of the old-style Hunan restaurant to give people rough and bold, and not up the grade. The restaurant claims to insist on using non-polluting ingredients, not using out-of-season ingredients, and not adding auxiliary flavoring agents such as monosodium glutamate, and strives to reflect the most original taste of the ingredients.

When you come to Phoenix Xiangyu, you must order a dish is the phoenix king fish head, which is killed to order. The restaurant is located in the Hongqiao Tiandi business district next to the Hongqiao high-speed rail station in Shanghai, which is a little deserted compared to the popular business district in the city, but there are also many diners who will drive there specifically to eat. The store is located in the sunken plaza of Hongqiao Tiandi, with a menu display at the entrance and a small stack of cherry tomatoes on the table for diners to taste for free.
