Wanxiang is a newly opened large-scale Hunan restaurant in Shanghai, mainly engaged in ecological Hunan cuisine and health Cantonese cuisine, but it is mainly based on authentic Hunan cuisine. All the ingredients of the restaurant are transported to Shanghai from Hunan Xiangdu Ecological Agricultural Park. It has a high-end atmosphere hotel-type dining environment, and the main Hunan dishes taste like farmhouse dishes, forming a contrast and impressive. However, because it is limited by a slightly geographical environment, its popularity is not high, and its popularity in Shanghai needs to be improved. 

The restaurant's dish of yellow braised Ningxiang flower pork is very authentic. Ningxiang flower pig is one of the "four famous pigs" and has a cooking history of more than 300 years. Due to the slow growth rate, the texture of the pork is very fine, the meat quality is particularly delicate, and with the unique yellow stew method, it tastes rich, fragrant and chewy, and has the taste of beef. The must-order star dish is also the taste snake. The snake meat is fresh but not fishy, and it has an amazing and excellent taste in one bite, and it is not overshadowed by the spicy flavor. A pure sauce plate duck can restore the authentic flavor even more. With less fat and firm flesh and a black and inconspicuous appearance, it takes a good bite for diners with good teeth to control.

The restaurant has a business area of about 1,600 square meters, which is currently the largest Hunan restaurant in Shanghai. There are 11 private rooms, the largest private room can accommodate 22 people at the same time, and 10% service charge is charged for private room dining. The hall covers an area of 800 square meters, and is equipped with multimedia facilities and equipment such as huge electronic screens, which can accommodate 200 people for dinner activities at the same time. The restaurant mainly undertakes large-scale group activities such as business banquets, wedding banquets, birthday banquets, and annual meetings. Due to the newly opened and the surrounding environment is a commercial area, there are fewer diners for scattered meals, and the flow of people for meals is not large, so there is generally no need to wait for a table. The waiters are dressed in Chinese style, polite, and have the quality of professional services that match the environment. Diners who have requirements for the dining environment and the quality of the dishes may wish to explore before they become popular.
