Founded in 1993, Beijing Private Huijia School integrates kindergarten, primary school, junior high school and high school, where Chinese and foreign students study together, and many celebrity relatives such as Huang Lei's daughter Huang Duoduo and Fan Bingbing's brother Fan Chengcheng are all students of Huijia School.
As an "aristocratic" school, Huijia does provide an education that is different from traditional education, and attaches great importance to the development of people through sports and arts. Huijia provides golf, equestrian, softball, baseball, tennis and other special sports courses, with a dedicated Huijia golf driving range, an independent Huijia equestrian club, a standard football track and field field, two indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and other corresponding activity venues. There are also club (interest classes) such as ice hockey, figure skating, volleyball, and waltz outside of class.
In the field of IB projects, Huijia has rich experience. As early as 1997, Huijia School became an accredited school of the International Baccalaureate Organization, and is one of the first IB schools to recruit Chinese students, with a complete IB system, providing a consistent IB curriculum from kindergarten to high school, including IBPYP in kindergarten and primary school, IBMYP in junior high school and IBDP program in high school. In 2017, the IBEC program (IB Teacher Qualification Certificate Program) of Beijing Huijia Vocational College under the Huijia education system was certified by IBO, which is the first IBEC program in China to be recognized by IBOs.
Huijia has a team of nearly 300 teachers, with strong qualifications, nearly 100 foreign teachers, mainly from English-speaking countries and regions, most of the Chinese teachers have overseas education backgrounds, bilingual teaching is barrier-free, and more than 80% of the teachers have master's degree or above. What's more valuable is that as a private international school with a Chinese background, Huijia's teachers are highly stable.
The university did not announce the full admission list of the class of 2017, but it learned that all the students of the class of 2017 were admitted to the top 100 colleges and universities in the United States, and 70% of the students entered the top 50 colleges and universities in the United States.
Huijia's tuition fees for primary, junior high and high schools are 128,000 yuan/school year, 148,000 yuan/school year, and 178,000 yuan/school year respectively, and accommodation fees, meals and club activities are also required.
