Founded in 2008 by education expert Liu Yuyan, Kangfu International Education has 6 schools, including 2 in Beijing, 3 in other places, and one overseas campus in Ontario, Canada. Among them, Beijing Xiangshan Kangfu International High School is the earliest campus of Kangfu International Education.

The students of Xiangshan Kangfu are all Chinese students, and there are no foreign students. THE SCHOOL'S CURRICULUM SYSTEM IS MAINLY AP COURSES AND A-LEVEL COURSES, THERE IS NO IB PROGRAM, AND THE STUDENTS' EXPORTS ARE MAINLY BRITISH AND AMERICAN. Since 2009, Xiangshan Kangfu has been approved as an AP test center in Beijing. As early as 2003, Liu Yuyan, who was the principal of the Royal School at that time, introduced the Cambridge High School A-LEVEL course to China, and the chief examiner of the international AQA examination agency of the University of Oxford visited Kangfu as the first stop. In the past few years, Kangfu students' exports were biased towards the United Kingdom, and in recent years, Xiangshan Kangfu has gradually strengthened its AP aspect, and the export performance of the United States has gradually improved.

Although Kangfu claims to be a boutique small class teacher, compared to the average international school, the class size is still very high, with each class size of 24-30 students, and all have class teachers. In such a situation, it is difficult for the teacher to take care of every student, so if the student is more active, there will be more opportunities to communicate with the teacher.

In 2009, the admission results of the first batch of Xiangshan Kangfu University were very good, with a total of 31 graduates, all of whom were admitted to the world's top 100 universities, with an acceptance rate of 100%. In 2017, as a private international school, Xiangshan Kangfu's teaching achievements were also very impressive. In the UK, a total of 37 students applied to British universities, 20 students were admitted to the top five universities, 30 students were admitted to the top 10 universities, and many students were invited to interview with universities such as Oxford and Cambridge. In the U.S., a total of 50 people applied to comprehensive universities, and 32 were admitted to the top 60 universities, accounting for 65.3%. Most importantly, in 2017, the offer of Cornell University, a famous Ivy League school, was accepted, and Xiangshan Kangfu became one of the private international schools in Beijing to receive an offer from Cornell.

Although it takes the international education route, Xiangshan Kangfu still focuses on Chinese-style education in terms of education style, and students have great learning pressure and do not have much room for developing hobbies. The quality of Kangfu's students is not top-notch, but from the perspective of export results, Kangfu's processing capacity for students is still quite promising. If you are interested in sending your child to Kangfu, you need to be mentally prepared, because the learning intensity of Kangfu is much heavier than that of ordinary international schools, and the extracurricular life is naturally not so rich.

In 2017, Kangfu's tuition and miscellaneous fees were 158,000 yuan/year, including tuition and accommodation, textbooks and school buses, etc., which was quite cost-effective.
