Located on the fourth and fifth floors of the new Traders Hotel, the Refining Factory covers an area of 3,500 square meters, designed by the internationally renowned design company Stickman, surrounded by giant floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the street view of China World Trade Center while exercising. The walls of the inner container are covered with graffiti, giving it a street feel. Without taking away from the theme of fitness, the center is equipped with a total of 11 different exercise areas, including a strength training area, a cardio area, a multi-purpose sports area, five group training spaces (including a spin room with 30 machines and a Pilates room with seven core trainers), a multi-sport area, and a 25×10-metre heated swimming pool. The various equipment in the venue is also customized for Life Fitness.
The courses launched by the refining workshop also show that its strength is good. 35 weekly group gymnastics classes covering 15 different genres, including spinning, Pilates, water sports, physical camps, Zumba, Les Mills group gymnastics classes and more. Different from commercial gyms, Lian Workshop is also subject to the constraints of the new Traders Hotel, so the management of its staff is very strict, the service attitude is kind, and it is not overly enthusiastic. Once the member finds that the coach has sales behavior, he can report it to the front desk, and the refining workshop will immediately dismiss him according to the contract, so as to ensure the pure fitness atmosphere of the member from the root.

Bathrooms and changing rooms are equipped with slippers, bath towels, body lotion, hair dryers, and cotton pads.
