Unlike traditional gyms, there are only two training areas: cardio and strength. In addition to dumbbells, barbells, high-tension back trainers, butterfly chest expansion machines, and seated abdominal muscles, there are also new equipment such as OMNIA, Skillmill, and mirrored Kinesis Personal.

Contrary to the concept of the horse, ZWYN emphasizes strength-based basic training, so there is only personal instruction and no group drill classes. If you don't have any fitness experience, don't worry, ZWYN's roving instructors will provide guidance on how to use various equipment at any time. The fitness atmosphere of the whole venue is very good, the service attitude is cordial and moderate, and there will be no noisy sales, and most of the members who come here are experienced fitness veterans. In addition, ZWYN has a unique fitness culture, and unfamiliar friends may be confused when looking up information or using its APP, and need to understand a little. For example, in ZWYN, fitness is called "training", gym is called "training ground", coaches are called "trainers", and private training classes are called "deep water".
