Attila, the head bartender of Cloud Cool Bar, is from Hungary and has created a series of wine lists inspired by the Forbidden City, with cocktails named after the palaces and city gates. One of the most popular cocktails is the "Forbidden City", which is based on tequila from Tequila, Mexico, and blends hawthorn, smoky red plum and brown sugar, which symbolize old Beijing, to create a spicy taste and a sweet and sour aftertaste.
The bar is divided into smoking and non-smoking areas, and elegant casual clothes are sufficient, window seats need to be reserved at least 2 hours in advance, and there is a minimum charge of 2,000 yuan per table. The minimum consumption of the booth is 3,500 yuan on weekdays, and there is no minimum consumption for the rest of the seats, and the price of a single cocktail is around 100 yuan, which is about 20% higher than that of other cocktail bars, and a service charge of 10% of the total consumption amount is charged.
