INFUSION ROOM - BUSINESS REVIEWS

Located on the second floor of the D Lounge, the Infusion Room was created by Song Peng, the winner of the 2015 Chivas Regal Cocktail Masters in China and known as a cocktail genius. While the D Lounge is a private nightclub, the Infusion Room is more of a private drinking laboratory, with a menu that blends Chinese and Western elements to create one-of-a-kind cocktails that combine seemingly unrelated ingredients.

In the past, the most impressive image of the Infusion Room was mysterious, with access to the gate requiring access code, which was only communicated when the guest made a reservation by phone. Now, the Infusion Room is more open, changing the cumbersome password access control to a temperature-controlled mechanism, which will automatically open the door when it senses the temperature of the human hand, just like the scene of "Harry Potter". The Infusion Room has a whimsical wine list, with at least one homemade ingredient in each cocktail, and deliberately eschewing the mulled wine that has become popular in recent years, choosing to replace the usual winter hot drinks with original hot cocktails.

At the owner's behest of the owner, who sees constant innovation as the life of the bar, every bartender in the Infusion Room is involved in the innovative creation of cocktails and develops at least one personal signature cocktail. These signature cocktails are subject to seasonal changes according to the restaurant's wine list, with the exception of a few classics or seasonal wines that are not significantly limited by the season, and most of the cocktails are seasonal and difficult to taste again.

The Infusion Room, which is connected to the shared kitchen of the Western restaurant, is much more delicious than the usual bar. The appetizers, such as "stir-fried instant noodles," have a down-to-earth name and a good texture, and the stir-fried instant noodles are warm and juicy, and they are topped with fatty beef mushrooms and hot spring eggs.

Due to the frequency of the Infusion Room's wine list, the following recommended wines may not be available next season or next winter, but fortunately, the bartender is very good at communicating with customers, and you can describe your favorite taste to the bartender when you arrive at the restaurant, and you may be able to taste it again even if it is an out-of-season menu.

INFUSION ROOM - RECOMMENDED DISHES

Abel in clogs eating ice in a rice paddy
This scallop-like cocktail with garlic vermicelli steamed scallops is a palm-sized scallop container, and a pot of Japanese rice wine and ice hockey pairings are natural and fun.
Tasty green
The vodka-based liquor is served with green apple juice and has a sweet and sour taste, and the container resembles a distilled flask with a cork.
Red beans are born in the south of the country
A mild and harmless cocktail, but not low in alcohol, rum-based, with the addition of red beans, sesame seeds, sugar, and most uniquely, a cheese-like rice ball at the bottom of the glass.
Other recommendations:
Body Botton, a strawberry, just one cup before bed
