Lanxi Restaurant's signature dish is duck soup. If it's winter in Beijing, it's the most comfortable thing to warm up from the outdoors to the store, where each person orders a can of duck soup with a super fast serving speed. The duck soup in Lanxi Restaurant is prepared by an experienced Zhejiang duck soup master, and the ingredients are selected from the old duck of Taihu Lake for more than three years, Beijing Xiangshan spring water, and Zhejiang Tianmu Mountain flat tip bamboo shoots, which are boiled for six hours, and the soup is pure and delicious. In addition, it should be noted that because the soup itself is very hot, it should be eaten with caution and do not touch the can to avoid burns.

In terms of cuisine, Lanxi Restaurant is not as diverse as Yuhuatai Restaurant, but the classic Jiangnan dishes are not absent. Lanxi simmered radish, selected Shandong Weifang jade radish, simmered with broth, and then the water in the radish is replaced by the broth, a bite full of soup, the taste is slightly sweet, but it will not be annoying, but neutralize the spicy radish; It is called flower chicken (reservation required), marinated in vegetable oil, cooking wine, refined salt, green onion and ginger, and cooked with ham slices, shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimps, and winter bamboo shoots slices in the chicken chest. Lanxi Xiaoguan Guijie Branch is located at Exit B of Beixinqiao Subway Station, and you can see the signboard at the subway exit. The overall design of the restaurant is antique, with a counter, a list of wine jars, and the simple costumes of the waiters, making you feel like you are in an ancient tavern. There are two floors, the hall on the first floor has loose tables and open compartments, the cubicles can seat 2-6 people, and the comfort is high, suitable for small gatherings; On the second floor, there are loose tables and private rooms, which need to be booked in advance. The Xiangshan store has a larger business scale and a better environment, but the dishes are consistent.
